IWRP advances Naval and Marine Corps information warfare capabilities through a consortium that supports research, development and prototyping. IWRP minimizes barriers to entry for small, non-traditional businesses to work with the Government, and access research and prototyping teaming opportunities. IWRP enables rapid research, access to innovative commercial solutions for defense requirements, and innovations from industry, academia and non-traditionals.IWRP MISSION
The Information Warfare Research Project (IWRP) has established an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) to engage industry and academia to develop and mature technologies in the field of Information Warfare that enhance Navy and Marine Corps mission effectiveness. Join IWRP to access business and research opportunities focused on advancing information warfare research projects.

Companies that are part of the US Defense Industrial base as well as new and emerging non-traditional defense contractors are encouraged to join IWRP and participate in Federally-funded R&D projects.
