Kevin Fitzpatrick brings 31 years of Navy and OSD experience as a federal civil servant, 10 years of experience as a member of the Senior Executive Service, and twenty-nine years of Information Technology experience in support of transformational change in Navy business processes including assuring operational availability of Navy weapon systems across the Fleet.  As a member of the Senior Executive Service, he maintained senior relationships with many Navy technology and intelligence components producing collaborative solutions to meet the needs of multiple Commands and agencies.  Since retiring in 2009, Kevin engaged his business process and IT experience to provide consulting services and solutions to DoD and other federal agencies including the Department of Veteran Affairs and the CDC in order to improve data analytics and measurably improve business processes.
