RPP: 25-LANT-2854 Navy Enterprise Resource Planning Plus (Navy ERP+) Project |
The objective of this effort is to provide a Proof of Concept (PoC) of DON’s Budget to Report (B2R) and Procure to Pay (P2P) requirements with DON data that delivers a modernized SAP S/4 system and architecture that achieve the Navy’s business goals to improve affordability, enable business agility, and minimize customization. The PoC will provide a basis for business process reengineering (BPR) in the DON and a successful vendor will enable a virtuous feedback loop with the system users using periodic demonstrations enabling the DON to select a Navy ERP+ System Integrator (SI) and/or execute additional prototype agreements. |
