SOLUTION ARCHITECT, MANTECH

Claire Allen has supported NIWC Atlantic since 2010 in many roles and currently has the opportunity to continue support as a Solution Architect at ManTech International.  In her current position, Claire has been involved with many NIWC Atlantic RFP and IWRP RPP responses that include capabilities such as prototyping, 5G, Cyber and communications.

Claire has worked with SDVOSB, 8(a) ANC and large businesses, and brings a perspective from each of them. In her evolving roles, Claire has gained a depth of knowledge and has had an opportunity to engage with departments and agencies across DHA, DARPA, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Army and multiple federal civilian and IC agencies. Claire has been increasingly engaged in defense organizations and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the local NDIA Women In Defense Palmetto Chapter as the STEM Coordinator and served a 3-year term on the CDCA Board of Directors (2020-2022). She is active in and dedicated to the Defense Industry and workforce development initiatives to support the industry.
